The Brief
Big corporate events need more than someone standing on stage introducing the next speaker.

For this event, Dugasta Properties brought together a packed room in Dubai for a huge corporate celebration, with live entertainment, impressive LED screens, lighting and a pretty serious stage setup.

The Challenge
There are a LOT of moving parts at an event like this.
Speakers need to be ready 😂
Entertainment needs to be standing by.
Videos need to play.
Lighting needs to hit at the right moment.

And while all of that is happening backstage, the audience shouldn't have a clue.
The challenge was keeping everything flowing while making sure the hosting still felt natural and fun.
No awkward silences. 😐

And definitely no standing on stage reading endlessly from a script.

Throughout the evening, we worked closely with the event and production teams to keep everything on track.
