Hosting MONIN Cup 2026 as Event MC
As an event MC in Dubai, I get to host all sorts of occasions. This time, I joined the MONIN team for MONIN Cup 2026, with a pink jacket on and plenty of bartending talent in the room.
This year’s theme was “Timeless Twists”. I was there to take guests through the competition, chat with the crowd and announce the winners.
Hosting the Competition
As a corporate event host in Dubai, I always enjoy getting out into the room. Throughout the event, I moved between the stage and the tables, making announcements and speaking with guests. It gave me a chance to have a laugh with people and see how they were enjoying the competition.
The competitors were the main focus, so there were also plenty of moments to step back and let everyone watch them at work.
Announcing the Winners
My work as an event presenter in the UAE involves plenty of big announcements, but competition results are among my favourites. Everyone’s waiting for the name, and you get to see the reactions up close.
With the competitors on stage, trophies ready and sparks going off, it was a great moment to be part of. Then it was over to the winners to enjoy the applause and get their photos.
Thanks to the MONIN team for having me, and congratulations to everyone who competed.
