Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking our services.
1. Bookings and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after receiving a signed agreement or written confirmation via email or message.
A 50% deposit (or agreed amount) is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Payments
Payments can be made via bank transfer, Stripe, or other agreed methods.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Client cancellations:
- 30 days prior to event cancellation notification: 25% of the invoice / LPO amount
- 14 days prior to event cancellation notification: 50% of the invoice / LPO amount
- 7 days prior to event cancellation notification: 100% of the invoice / LPO amount
4. Event Schedule and Overtime
Our standard service hours are as agreed in the booking confirmation.
Any extension beyond the agreed time is subject to availability and will be charged at 750 AED per hour or agreed rate.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client must ensure that the venue provides adequate power supply, space, and safe working conditions.
The client is responsible for any damages to equipment caused by guests or third parties.
6. Liability
Darryl Rees will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including delays caused by power failures, equipment malfunctions beyond our control, or venue-related issues.
In the rare case of equipment failure, we will take all reasonable steps to continue the performance.
7. Media and Promotions
We may take photos or videos during the event for promotional use unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.
If you provide photos or testimonials, you grant us permission to use them for marketing purposes.
8. Force Majeure
We will not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue closures.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
