Services Provided
Darryl Rees offers professional services in the fields of:
Entertainment: DJ, MC, Comedian, Quiz Master
Wedding Services: Celebrant, Wedding Host
Fitness: Spin Instructor
Brand Promotion: Brand Ambassador
These terms apply to all bookings, events, and engagements related to these services.
Booking & Payment
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event date.
Payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or cash, as agreed upon during booking.
For corporate bookings, full payment may be required upfront or as per contractual agreements.
Equipment & Setup
I will provide my own DJ/MC/Spin Instructor equipment where necessary.
For larger events, the client may be required to provide additional sound and lighting setups.
Any damage to my equipment due to negligence by the client or guests will result in a replacement fee.
Performance & Event Conduct
I will arrive on time and provide services as per the agreed booking details.
If there are unexpected delays from the client’s side, additional charges may apply for extended time.
The client is responsible for ensuring a safe environment for performances (e.g., proper stage setup, sound system, lighting, and security if necessary).
Travel & Accommodation
Travel expenses may apply for events outside Dubai or requiring international travel.
Accommodation must be provided for overnight or multi-day events, where applicable.
Photography & Media Rights
I may take photos/videos during events for marketing and promotional use.
If you do not wish for your event to be recorded or shared, please notify me in writing before the event.
Clients may use event recordings for personal use but may not resell or commercially distribute them without permission.
Liability & Insurance
I am not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur at an event.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure proper event insurance and safety measures are in place.
Code of Conduct
I maintain a professional and respectful environment at all events.
If any aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior occurs from guests, I reserve the right to end the service early without a refund.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on my website.
